  • The Training Club - Group Fitness

    The Training Club is a small-group strength training designed to help you build confidence, improve your form, and get strong with a clear plan - without the pressure of a crowded gym. Each session is intentional, structured, and coached with a focus on technique, progressive overload, and making strength training feel doable (and actually enjoyable). You get the support of a coach, the energy of a small group, and a program that removes all the guesswork.

    What You Get:

    1–2 weekly in-person group strength sessions

    Workouts structured around strength, form, mobility, and progression

    Real-time coaching, corrections, and cues during every session

    A focused and supportive small-group setting (max 4 people)

    Exercise variations and modifications for your level

    A simple system that helps you show up, build strength, and stay consistent
