My Approach

My coaching is all about helping women train with purpose and confidence. I’ll teach you how to lift properly, follow a plan that makes sense, and see real progress without overcomplicating things. You’ll get clear guidance, support, and structure — but also the freedom to enjoy food you love and still get results. It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing what works and feeling good while you do it.

FAQ

  • When you sign-up, I will book an initial conversation with you to go over your application and goals. From there, I’ll send you everything you need to get things rolling.

  • Pricing is based on the service you choose. I offer 1:1 training and group training, both online and in-person. Check out the services page for more details.

  • I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through Fitness Alberta. I also carry many other certifications: Corrective Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor - Cycling Specialty, and more. I’ve been in the game for many, many years.

    From coaching sports and working at a gym in high school and university (taking many courses and workshops), to playing varsity field hockey and Canada Games softball. I've competed in bikini competitions, run half marathons, and explored various fitness modalities (hot yoga, CrossFit, cycling). I was a personal trainer and physio/chiro assistant at a wellness clinic, a classroom teacher, and now I’m full-time fitness. I’ve got loads of experience behind my credentials.

  • Zero. You can be an experienced lifter or brand new to strength training. I work with a variety of women in all seasons of life. Your plan is made custom to your goals!
