THE MISSION

To empower women to find their inner strength and confidence through fitness. At Revel Fitness in Yellowknife, NT, my goal is to make working out fun and easy to stick with, so you can feel strong and confident in every part of your life. I’ll help you build gym confidence by teaching you proper lifting techniques and creating a fitness experience that’s all about you. 

Together, we'll refine your routine and build lasting habits to help you get the results you've always wanted.

Why choose me?

Experience

I have diverse background, from coaching sports and working at a gym in high school and university, to playing varsity field hockey and competitive softball. I've competed in bikini competitions, run half marathons, and explored various fitness modalities (hot yoga, CrossFit, cycling). I was a personal trainer and physio/chiro assistant at a wellness clinic, where I got more serious into recovery and body mechanics. Not to mention, I've experienced the wild ride that is the "fitness industry" - I've tried the trends, and the diets. My experience equips me to guide you on a comprehensive wellness journey with knowledge and understanding.

Dedication

I'll be there with you providing ongoing support, whether it's text, zoom calls, or if you just need that cheerleader during your sessions.

I'm not here to sell or promote unrealitstic BS that I wouldn't do/try myself. I'm here to help you make realistic, lasting changes that focus on achievable goals and sustainable practices.
